You can become fit even if you don’t have much time because you don’t need to be in the gym 7 days a week like some people try to tell you. I know time is super important to all of us so developing programs that go with your schedule is one of my main goals.


Who Am I?

I am a 19-year old guy who likes to research and learn about fitness related subjects. I post what I think could be useful to people on this website. Keep in mind that this website isn’t just fitness related but the majority of it is. I am currently studying to become a personal trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).
